Fernández joins to Cushman & Wakefield as a new Head of Business Development after a long trajectory in Savills Aguirre Newman
Cushman & Wakefield has just added Óscar Fernández Serrano as new Associate of the Project Development division Services. Fernández, who assumes the position of Head of Business Development Spain, comes from Savills Aguirre Newman, where he has developed the last six years of his professional career.
Óscar Fernández is a Civil Engineer, specialized in Transport and Urban Services from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. In addition, he has completed the Executive MBA of IE Business School and has studies and courses in various specialties such as Private Equity , Mergers and Acquisitions (M & A), Corporate Finance or Real Estate Promotion.
The new Head of Business Development of Cushman & Wakefield has developed his professional career in companies such as Ferrovial, ACS, FCC or Grupo Clestra Hauserman , among others. He is a professor in the Business Creation Department of the IE Business School and, until his incorporation to Cushman & Wakefield, was National Director of Savills Aguirre Newman
