A fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers has just closed the acquisition of the Eloy Gonzalo 27 building, located in the Chamberí district of Madrid, after reaching an agreement with the Lar España Real Estate socimi. The property has a total area of 6,295 m2 distributed over eight floors, the office space is 4,875 m2 above ground and on the ground floor there are several shops.
The property has been previously rented in its entirety to WeWork, by Cushman & Wakefield, which has now advised the fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers for the closing of the operation, whose value amounts to 40 million euros.
