Cushman & Wakefield has just appointed five new partners to enhance and guide the strong growth the firm has experienced in the last five years in Spain. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield - which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year in Spain has appointed three new partners, aiming to strengthen the leadership and expertise of a Form up or about 300 professional team. Among other major operations, Cushman & Wakefield has been accompanied in recent years l US giant coworking WeWork in its landing in Spain and has advised the consultancy Everis in the election of its new headquarters both in Madrid and in Barcelona. These two rental operations, totaling 63,000 m 2 , were the two largest in 2018 both in the capital and in Barcelona.
In parallel, the firm has advised large operators of medium-sized parks such as Kiabi , Leroy Merlin and Ikea in the development and implementation of their new shop concepts on the street, and has accompanied restoration chains such as Five Guys , in their new openings in Madrid and Barcelona , o Bunsen , on entering the national market.
