Cushman and Wakefield exclusively markets the Polaris North Madrid building owned by Onix Capital Partners and designed by the prestigious b720 studio Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos.

The building, which is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2020, is the only construction project for the construction of newly built offices that will be delivered to this submarket during the next year.

It is a property marked by a large horizontal , located on a separate plot with private areas and terraces , and configured to house a corporate headquarters. It has an approximate surface of 14,000 m² distributed in six floors above ground, with a plant type of 2,800 m², diaphanous and free of pillars, with a free height of 2.90 m and abundant natural light. It offers an occupation ratio of one job for every seven m 2 , the equivalent of 300 jobs in each type plant. In addition, it has 212 parking spaces distributed in two basement floors.

The property is located in Manoteras, a consolidated area of Madrid offices near the north of the central business district of the capital (Cuatro Torres). It has direct access to the M-30, A-1, M-40 and M-11 motorways, and is located next to the future Madrid Nuevo Norte real estate development. The area has hosted three of the capital's largest property market operations in the last year: the new corporate headquarters of the technology consultancy Everis or the offices of Deloitte and La Caixa.

Martín Kielmanowicz, Executive Director of Onix Capital Partners, affirms that Polaris North Madrid "is a project designed entirely from the point of view of the user. Our goal is to deliver to the market a building that lasts over time and that leaves a mark for being a good property with innovative spaces and good qualities ". Kielmanowicz adds that "our interest is that the building allows the employee to enjoy his working day and that the companies that deal with it improve their operational efficiency".

Alfredo Collar, Partner and Director of Business Space Agency Offices Madrid of Cushman & Wakefield, indicates, for his part, that "the project, by quality, uniqueness and representativeness, will become a benchmark in the north of Madrid. This new construction asset, the only one that will see the light in Manoteras in 2020, reaffirms the area as a magnet for attracting new companies. The environment helps companies attract and retain talent, and three of the largest operations in the market in the last year have been carried out in this area. "
