Cushman and Wakefield exclusively markets the Polaris North Madrid building owned by Onix Capital Partners and designed by the prestigious b720 studio Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos.
The building, which is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2020, is the only construction project for the construction of newly built offices that will be delivered to this submarket during the next year.
It is a property marked by a large horizontal , located on a separate plot with private areas and terraces , and configured to house a corporate headquarters.
