The Irish hamburger joint Bunsen chooses Barcelona for its international expansion. The chain will open its first store outside of Ireland.

The hamburger chain Bunsen has chosen the city of Barcelona to start its expansion outside the Irish territory. To date, Bunsen is only present in the cities of Dublin, Cork and Belfast.  Bunsen will arrive from the next month of December to Barcelona

The first establishment of the brand outside of Ireland will be in a 200 sqm on  Ferran 44 street a space that previously occupied the Trobador restaurant of the Cacheiro restaurant group . The company has chosen the city for its "cosmopolitan character" and the enclave, right next to the iconic Plaza Sant Jaume, because it is one of the busiest areas of citizens of the city and the most demanded by the groups of restoration.

The arrival of Bunsen in Barcelona has been advised exclusively by the real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, which in the coming months will look for more locations for the chain in the city. After its consolidation in Barcelona, Bunsen will expand its presence in other cities.
