Sales have increased by 1.3% in 2018

The turnover of shopping centers increased by 1.3% in 2018, according to the comparable sales index of shopping centers of Cushman & Wakefield, driven by the strong upticks registered in health and beauty stores (+ 5.6% year-on-year) and sports (+ 4.4%). These two segments, together with the good figures recorded in leisure (+ 2.6%) and restoration (+ 1.9%), offset the slight fall in turnover recorded in fashion and accessories establishments (-0.5%) .
