Invesco Real Estate (IRE), the global real estate investment manager, has reached an agreement with the investment fund GreenOak for the purchase of two warehouses located at the Puerta de Madrid Logistics Park. This project is located at the Los Tapiceros de San Fernando de Henares street, the prime logistics area of Madrid, which, thanks to its proximity to the capital and the A-2, is the most influential for the immediate distribution of goods.
Cushman & Wakefield has advised to the buyer in the transaction of this logistic project of new construction, which has two warehouses that add a rentable area (SBA) of 38,684 sqm. The work, by Inbisa, is finished. The ships acquired by Invesco are a "class A" project and will have the best features of the latest generation, such as numerous loading and unloading docks, beaches with more than 30 meters of maneuver and a free height of 11.5 meters. The level of occupation is very high, and it is expected to be complete before the end of the year.
