Cushman & Wakefield will manage the El Faro, Bahía Sur and Los Arcos shopping centers

The firm replaces Unibail - Rodamco- West after being selected unanimously by internationally prestigious companies and already reaches 32 centers under management.

Cushman & Wakefield, leading firm in real estate services, will be the new management company of the shopping centers El Faro (Badajoz), Bahia Sur (San Fernando, Cádiz) and Los Arcos (Seville) after being the winner in a very competitive process in which International leading companies have participated. The company thus replaces Unibail - Rodamco- West in the management of the three spaces, which add up to a gross leasable area (GLA) of 166,400 sqm , have 275 retailand catering establishments and receive more than 20 million visitors annually.

Bahia Sur, located in San Fernando (Cádiz), has 56,500 sqm of GLA, was inaugurated in 1992 and reformed in 2014. It registers seven million visits per year and has operators such as El Corte Inglés, H & M or Carrefour. El Faro, on the other hand, was inaugurated in 2012 and is strategically located on the border of Spain and Portugal. It has 66,400 sqm of GLA and close to seven million visitors and includes Primark, Media Markt and Hipercor, among others. Finally, Los Arcos (Seville, 43,500 sqmof SBA and 6.7 million visits) opened its doors in 2013 and has companies such as Kiabi , JD Sports or McDonald's. The brands of the Inditex group are present in the three shopping centers.

So, after this operation, Cushman & Wakefield Retail Asset Services becomes involved in the management and / or commercialization of 32 shopping centers, a portfolio that exceeds 1.5 million sqm of GLA and that has first class spaces such as Islazul , Intu Asturias, Corridor Park, L'Aljub , Ferial Plaza or Airesur . In addition, the company also has five portfolios of hypermarkets and medium-sized areas that raise the total SBA managed above 1.8 million sqm.
