22@ district records the highest figure of the contraction of offices the latest years

22 @ district continues one more year at a record pace. According to the Marketshot report of the real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, the district has closed 2017 with a total of 86 rental operations totaling 101,000 square meters, which is the highest figure in the last ten years and 34% more than the two previous years. This contract figure represents 30% of the total of Barcelona and is led by pre-lease operations, such as Amazon in the Luxa Silver building (10,241 sqm), Activision (King) in Ciutat de Granada 150 (8,837 sqm) ), Hewlett-Packard in the building located in Tangier 62 (8,132 sqm) and Wework in the Luxa Gold property (6,572 sqm).
