Hispania rents Iconic building GLA to the Sonae Group.

Cushman & Wakefield has advised Hispania in this lease agreement.

The lease is for 6,759 sq m of space and 110 parking spaces means the building will remain fully occupied when current occupant the Publicis Group departs.

The building, designed by Rafael de la Hoz, is located at the intersection between the A-2 and the M-30 motorways, in one of the most consolidated office areas of the city and very close to the Murano building, also owned by Hispania.

The building has the BREEAM VERY GOOD certificate, thanks to its excellent environmental management, highlighting, once again, Hispania´s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency in its buildings. This certification guarantees a lower impact on the environment, reducing CO2 emissions and providing greater comfort and well-being by controlling air quality and lighting level, as well as offering many common areas, both indoor and outdoor.
