• Preciados de Madrid is again the second most expensive in the country followed by Barcelona's Passeig de Gràcia and Madrid's Serrano

• Spain is ranked 14th worldwide if only one street per country is considered, ahead of Russia, the Netherlands or Greece

• Marqués de Larios de Málaga, Colón de Valencia, Tetuán de Sevilla, Gran Vía de Bilbao, Jaime III de Palma de Mallorca and Plaza de la Independencia de Zaragoza also appear in the ranking.

• The Fifth Avenue of New York occupies the first position of the world list, followed by Causeway Bay of Hong Kong and New Bond Street of London
