The building is let to a range of well-known companies such as Telepizza, Kaelis and P&G.
Parque Empresarial la Marina is surrounded by numerous amenities and benefits from excellent public and private transportation links. The area also houses facilities for Atresmedia, the Spanish media group, present in the television, radio and cinema industries.
