Carl's Jr. Hamburgers opens in Madrid’s Gran via, its first restaurant in Spain

Carl's Jr., internationally known American hamburguer restaurants has arrived to Spain. The first restaurant of the company will open its doors in the Gran via 45 in Madrid.

Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, has advised AG Restauración Group, a company led by restaurant experts with more than 25 years in the sector, as a franchisee of the brand in the location of its first establishment in Spain.

The site has a total area of ​​513 m² and it is divided into three floors (basement, street and first floor) and is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2017.

The Californian Company was created in 1941 and already surpasses the 4000 establishments, distributed in 40 countries. It is currently in full national and international expansion and, in the last year, has expanded its presence to Australia, Japan, Chile, Nicaragua, Kenya and Cambodia.
