Coca Cola Iberian Partners has decided to move its offices from Martorelles to Esplugues de Llobregat, near its headquarters in Catalonia. The building chosen by the Coca-Cola supplier in the Iberian Peninsula has been the new refurbished building Il • lumina, owned by the Blackstone Group.
Coca Cola Iberian Partners has been advised by Aguirre Newman in the whole process: searching of the new building that best adequates to their needs, as throughout the process and implementation work currently underway. These new offices will have an area of over 2,400 square meters and will be located on the second floor of Ilumina.
Gerardo Giménez, Director of Aguirre Newman Architecture Barcelona, commented that "These are designed offices in order to offer the best benefits to their employees and facilitate the activity, designing the working environment in open space with collaborative spaces for enhancing the interaction and communication both internally and externally. "
The property, marketed exclusively by Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, has a total area of 12,700 sqm, spread over four floors and equipped with all necessary services for companies: Auditorium, Meeting Rooms, Lounge area, Community terrace, gym and cafeteria.
The building, which is located very close to the highway B-23 and other public transport, has been refurbished in the last yea: a redesigned common areas, a change in branding as well as the creation and expansion of services above mentioned.
