Ingria Investment sold to AEW Europe a retail unit at Serrano street

Cushman & Wakefield, global leader in real estate services,  has advised Ingria Investment, investment fund formed mainly by Rockspring, on the sale of a retail unit located at Serrano 7 to the German company AEW Europe. Serrano 7 is located in one of the most exclusive areas of ​​Madrid, in the heart of Salamanca district. The space has a total of 750 m² spread over two floors, the street and the first.
