Costa Coffee expands in Spain advised by C&W

Cushman & Wakefield has advised on the opening of several units like the notable Sant Jaume square in Barcelona

The british coffee chain Costa Coffee wants to consolidate in Spain and plans a major expansion this year. The company will open 20 stores in 2015, to be added to the 11 stores located throughout the Spanish territory already in full operation. The British multinational forecast is to reach 150 coffee shops in five years, with a planned investment of 40 to 50 million euros.

Cushman & Wakefield, the World's largest private international property consultant advised Costa Coffee in the opening of sereral new establishments. Recently signed lease agreements at a unit in Barcelona's Plaça Sant Jaume another one close to Sagrada Familia. The chain has oppened coffee shops in other relevant areas such as the Avenida Diagonal and Calle Pelai.
