Triumph sells headquarters and relocates in Madrid

Cushman & Wakefield advised Triumph in the sale of its corporate headquarters and the search for its new location in 2,000 square meters located in the Julian Camarillo business park in Madrid.

Triumph International, world leader in the production of lingerie and intimate apparel , has sold its corporate headquarters in the Julian Camarillo , 57 from Madrid to the company specializes in manufacturing printers Brother Iberia . Triumph International has been advised of the real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield to sell the property and to the search for a new location.

The former corporate headquarters in Madrid Triumph International is an independent area of 2,000 square meters above ground and five floors and also has 23 parking spaces. Is located in the Julian Camarillo 57, Julián Camarillo business park , east of the center of Madrid. The real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield advised Triumph International in the sale of the property and the pursuit of its new headquarters , to be located at Santa Leonor 65, Avalon Business Park in the same area of Madrid.
