Oriol Barrachina

Oriol is CEO for Cushman & Wakefield in Spain. He coordinates a team of more than 120 professionals and he is involved in the most important transaction of Spain's Real Estate market. Oriol has a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from the University Pompeu Fabra. He began his career in the real estate sector in CB Richard Ellis in 1996. In 1997, he transferred to the Offices Agency Department in Cushman & Wakefield, Barcelona. In 1999 he became an Associate and in 2002 was named Partner.


Reno Cardiff

Reno Cardiff is Partner and Head of the Capital Markets Group at Cushman and Wakefield’s Barcelona office with responsibility for the acquisition and disposal of property across all investment sectors. He also has overall responsibility for Cushman & Wakefield’s Spanish Valuation Advisory Group which undertakes valuation work for banks, property companies and institutions. The Capital Markets Group has undertaken sale & leaseback transactions, development consultancy and complex forward funding and forward purchase structures in addition to general sales and purchases.


Rupert Lea

Rupert Lea has been a partner since 2003 and is responsible for the Capital Markets team, focussing only on retail investment at a national level. The team currently has 5 professional staff dedicated to retail in Madrid and Barcelona. Rupert joined Cushman & Wakefield Spain in 1998 and during these last 12 years, he has closed more than 2,500-3,000M€ of retail / leisure investment transactions. Previously Rupert worked for CB Hillier Parker in London, gaining experience in valuation, shopping centre asset management and retail investment /development. Rupert Lea holds a Master in Land Management from Reading University College of Estate Management (UK) and is a Member of the RICS. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and speaks French.
